EcoPCO® and EcoEXEMPT® Product Line EcoSMART's complete line of interior and exterior products are extremely effective against a broad spectrum of insect pests and provide both quick knockdown and control. Unlike botanicals in the past, several of EcoSMART's products also provide residual protection comparable to conventional pesticides. Proven efficacy, unique mode-of-action, broad spectrum activity, lowest environmental and mammalian toxicity and competitive pricing characterize all of EcoSMART's botanical pesticide products. EcoEXEMPT® Products These versatile products qualify as "minimum-risk" under FIFRA and are exempt from Federal EPA registration*. Yet they are highly effective against a broad spectrum of insect pests and their application costs are comparable to conventional pesticides. All EcoEXEMPT products work within USDA NOP (National Organic Program) guidelines. *EcoEXEMPT® products have not been registered by the U.S.
Envirnomental Protection Agency. EcoSMART Technologies is represents that these products qualify for
exemption from registration under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act.
EcoPCO® Products Designated as "bio-pesticides" by the Federal EPA, EcoPCO products provide the same benefits as conventional products in terms of efficacy (knockdown/kill and residual protection), ease-of-use, application costs, indoor and outdoor applications and fragrance (unscented), but with the benefits of a botanic active ingredient. EcoPCO•X products utilize new technology developed by EcoSMART that uses plant oils in place of piperonyl butoxide to synergize pyrethrum. This discovery not only provides a dual mode-of-action, but more importantly it creates PY-based products that provide residual protection comparable to conventional products. |
